The compact, demountable electric pump with a 50 Kw ‘brushless’ (permanent magnet) electric motor finds housing between the truck cab and the chassis, in between the crane’s front outriggers. It is powered by a 570 Ah lithium-ion battery pack that provides continuous use of the crane of 5-6 hours with multiple simultaneous movements and with a speed quite similar to that obtained with the heat engine. It comes complete with battery charger and bottle-feed option, with the possibility of charging even while the crane is in use.
